The understanding of cellular functional metabolic processes is important to resolve pathological machinery of the disease. The aim of the cell culture studies to produce the similar cell types to functionally specific tissues and provide as many cells as possible to experimental utilization in the various lab researches under in vitro conditions. Hence, cellular specify to any tissue, organ, system or mimicking any pathology, investigators can make inferences to physiological functions by using cell culture. Although it provides more limited information and data on the studied case, it is more optimized than in vivo studies because the results obtained in cell culture are less than other physiological variables. This advantage has therefore been recognized as the first step in the transition to in vivo and phase studies from cell culture studies. In addition, the researcher also has the advantage in cell culture studies of more free thinking and working because of the high cost of phase studies, difficulty in application, the need to reach a sufficient number of statistically samples, and ethical concerns.
